At this time, our service area is within the Chico, CA city limits. If your event is outside of this area, we are happy to deliver, but a small additional delivery fee may apply.

Just about everything! Our inflatables are the perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You’ll find bounce houses are great at all kinds of occasions — including birthday parties, school events, church festivals, corporate gatherings, family reunions, community fundraisers, grand openings, summer camps, and more!

Yes, we require a $50 refundable security deposit to secure your rental.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your rental date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your rental, the deposit will be applied toward a future rental of your choice.

In the event that we determine your rental must be canceled for any reason, you can choose between a full refund or the deposit can be used toward a future rental.

Yes! All of our units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every rental. We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment for your children to enjoy.

Water should never be used with inflatables that are not specifically designed for it. At this time, we do not offer any units intended for water use.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. We use different anchoring systems to ensure safety on every surface. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of terrain your rental will be installed on.

You can turn the inflatable on and off as needed. If everyone is taking a short break, it’s best to leave it running. However, if it won’t be used for 30 minutes or longer, you can turn the blower off to save power. When you are ready to use it again, simply turn it back on, and it will inflate within minutes!

Yes, our inflatables require a standard electrical outlet. If no power is available at your event location, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
